Custom Diploma Maker for Personalized Display Copies

What is a diploma maker? A diploma maker is a service that turns your details (name, school text, date and degree wording) into a finished diploma-style document. Hey Congrats makes personalized, non-official diploma display copies for high school, GED and college, delivered as a digital file, a printed copy, or both.

Pick the route that fits your project. Stock designs use one of our ready-made traditional layouts and are the simplest choice. Match-style designs use a reference you upload as a visual guide for layout and wording. Diploma and transcript packages keep the text, dates and style consistent across both pieces.

Every order goes through a guided order form, so you see the price and your answers before anything is added to the cart. These are display copies for keepsakes, gifts, personal archives and permitted props. They are not issued or endorsed by any school and cannot be used for employment, admissions, licensing, immigration or credential verification.

How our diploma maker works

Choose the document. Pick high school, GED or college, and choose stock or match-style.
Enter your details. The order form asks only for the fields that product uses, such as name, school text, city and state, date, degree wording and size.
Pick delivery. Choose a digital file, a printed copy or both. Printed orders collect shipping at checkout.
Review and order. Check every answer and the total on the review step, then add it to the cart. Optional proof review is a paid add-on where it is shown.

Diploma maker vs. free diploma templates

Who does the layout: with a free template or generator, you do. With the Hey Congrats diploma maker, our design team does.
Paper and printing: a template prints on your home printer. Our printed options are printed and shipped to you.
Personalization help: a template has none. Our guided order form ends with a review step.
Use: both are for display and personal projects, keepsakes, gifts and permitted props.
