Reprints

The Reprints collection is for a customer who needs another physical copy of a college diploma or transcript-style item previously produced by HeyCongrats. It depends on an identifiable prior order and approved design; it is not the starting point for a new document.

Prepare the original order number, purchasing email, and the name shown on the item. A reprint normally follows the prior approved content. If the requested copy changes names, dates, course information, school text, size, layout, or document type, contact support before purchasing because the work may be a revision or new order.

When a reprint is the right service

Use a reprint for an additional physical copy or a replacement for a HeyCongrats print that was lost or damaged after delivery. If the original problem is a carrier issue, print defect, or fulfillment error, contact support first so the team can review the order rather than charging for the wrong service.

Connect the request to the correct file

Use the same email address where practical and include the original order reference in the provided field. Do not submit a reference belonging to a different customer. Shipping information should be reviewed even when the document itself is unchanged.

• Confirm the prior document and approved wording.
• Decide whether the request is an exact reprint or a revision.
• Verify the current shipping address.
• Use Order Status or Contact Us if the original file cannot be identified.
