Shipping policy
We do our best to mail all orders in a timely matter unless we are trying to collect information from the client. Please make sure we have all the necessary information to complete you order.
Small orders can ship within 1-2 business days typically.
Some custom orders may take more time..
Bulk orders can take from 1 to 7 weeks depending on the quantity orders and the level of customizations needed. We will let you know when you order what the wait time will be!
We use UPS trackable shipping based on what the client selects at checkout.
Please note that our printed document orders are shipped and delivered via UPS.
We are not responsible once your order has been shipped. Once an order has been picked up and is in-transit it becomes the responsibility of UPS.
We are provided with a tracking number that UPS emails to clients separately so that the status and progress of deliveries can be monitored.
In the event of a lost, damaged or delayed shipment, UPS will need to be contacted by the receiver to open an investigation and file a claim.

In these instances, as a courtesy, our policy is to reship your order with a signature required. We do not offer refunds for lost, late or damaged packages.
