Seals and Emblems

Seals and Emblems is a focused collection for the metallic gold state-seal product used as a decorative design element on eligible HeyCongrats display projects. It is not a general government-seal catalog and should not be purchased as proof, authentication, certification, or authorization.

Choose a seal only when the design, state reference, size, and intended presentation are compatible with the underlying product. A metallic emblem can add visual balance or a ceremonial finish, but it cannot make a diploma, transcript, certificate, or other paper official.

Use decorative emblems responsibly

State imagery can carry legal restrictions and public-authority meaning. Use the available product only for a permitted decorative, commemorative, archival-display, gift, or prop purpose and never to imply government issuance, licensing, notarization, or verification. Do not place a seal on a document in a way that misstates who issued or approved it.

Check compatibility before ordering

Review the state selection, dimensions, finish, placement, and the product to which the emblem will be applied. If the seal is intended for a prior or simultaneous order, include the related order information so the team can review placement. Contact support when the emblem, document size, or layout is unclear.
