The quickest way to find out about the status of your order is to chat or text us, and we'll be pleased to help. You may also click the link below and enter your order number to check the current production status.  Please keep in mind, you will receive a UPS tracking number or your email. Digital file via email as soon as your order completes production. 

We will email or text you a link to your digital files.. but we also encourage you to create an account with the email address used when you ordered and you can also download the files from your account dashboard.

They are not instant, we need to create them first so please reach out of you do not see the file in a timely manner.

We have the industry's fastest turnaround time, so your order may well be in production the same day you submit it. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@heycongrats.com, and we will do everything we can to assist you. Before submitting your order, double-check your information for accuracy and typographical errors.

We take graduation seriously and want you to feel accomplished when admiring your diploma! If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us and we'll collaborate and revise. 

There is no need to return your document to us, as each is custom made and cannot be restocked. Please help us address any issue, design change or alteration you may have during the "Proof for Review" process, and we'll ship your document via UPS once we receive your approval.

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for completion, and to get your tracking number via UPS. Our status changes hourly and most products are emailed or shipped within in one working business day.  Custom work can take a minimum of 3 business days production time, so please keep that in mind when planning your custom document purchase!

With Proof - We strive to design, print and email you the proof within 1-2 business days. Be sure to check your email's "Spam" folder for our email, should you not see it in your inbox. You must REPLY to the proof email with approval or changes within a week. We will wait for your reply before moving forward with printing. Remember to take proofing and alteration time into account if you are in a hurry.

Custom embossed dies or seals can take an extra 3 business days. You'll be notified on your quote email or from the designer if extra time is required.

Shipping cost and time for delivery with UPS depends on where you are located. During checkout, after entering your address information, you'll be able to select from the available options for your location.

We'll email you the tracking number on the evening of the day your product ships. UPS does not ship to a PO Box, so all packages must be shipped to a  physical address.

Hey Congrats is neither a school nor an accrediting institution, and we do not "issue" degrees, administer tests, or validate the material on diplomas. Rather, we offer printing and graphic arts services to school administrators, including home school parents, institutions that issue temporary diplomas, businesses for awards and production firms that require high-quality props or novelty certificates. When you buy a diploma from Hey Congrats, you are solely responsible for the representations made on the documents. 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we suspect is attempting to obtain a diploma under false pretenses.

If  you have your own design in mind, please email it to support@heycongrats.com  and our design team will respond as soon as possible with a cost estimate and a turnaround time. A free Proof for Review is included with any custom work, allowing you to make any changes you need and give final approval before shipping.

We use top-of-the-line 65# to 80# card stock diploma parchment paper for the highest quality prints.  In regards to size, we offer 8" X 6", 8.5x11 and 11x14 sizes as standard options in the USA, and A4 for International sizes. We can custom cut any size up to 13x17 -- just ask!
