Custom Covers

This collection is dedicated to the custom logo-and-text printed cover. It is the right starting point when a blank or preworded cover does not fit the presentation and you need organization text, event wording, or supplied artwork on the exterior.

The cover is a presentation accessory for a diploma, certificate, transcript-style piece, award, or commemorative document. Printing a logo or institution name on a cover does not make the document inside official or indicate approval by the named organization.

Plan the cover around the document

Measure the finished document rather than guessing from the credential type. Confirm width, height, portrait or landscape orientation, and how the sheet will sit inside the cover. Review the product page for the available cover sizes, colors, imprint locations, and artwork method before ordering.

Prepare useful artwork

Supply a clear logo or graphic with enough resolution for the selected imprint size. Simple high-contrast artwork generally reproduces more cleanly than a small screenshot or a file with a busy background. Check spelling, line breaks, capitalization, and date text. If the artwork belongs to an organization, confirm that you have permission to use it.

If the size, orientation, quantity, or imprint request is not represented, use the custom request page before checkout. A feasibility check is better than forcing an unsuitable document into a standard cover.
