Early high school graduation has several benefits. Students who graduate early can start college earlier, get a head start on their careers, and even save money. According to a 2004 report from the National Center for Education Statistics, 3% of high school students graduate early. The statistics for early high school graduation have most likely increased since 2004, however, as more high schools now offer early graduation programs.
